The Role:
As an IT Support Associate, you will become an integral part of the team, tackling and resolving various support queries related to our Zoho CRM, auxiliary systems, and the Office 365 suite.
You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our business processes with your deep understanding of system functionality, including CRM workflows, functions, and schedules. Your day will be varied, allowing you to work on CRM processes, telephony service configurations, and data analytics.
About You:
We are looking for individuals who are not only technically proficient but also possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate should be an exceptional problem-solver with experience in supporting
CRM systems, preferably Zoho, and hold fundamental coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, & JavaScript. This latter experience will enable you to also get involved in front end and back end application development projects. Applicants who combine their work experience and skills with a degree in computer science/engineering would be of particular interest.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary starting at £30000, a discretionary generous annual bonus package (typically 5 - 15% of annual salary), 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, and a pension contribution. This is your chance to contribute to a
