Salary: £23,500 per annum pro rata
Job Type: Fixed term (3.5 months), Part time (21 hours) - This role is Homebased/Remote

We are currently looking for an IT Support Assistant to join our team.
The Role:
The Purpose of the role is to play a key role in supporting the delivery of many of the charities' objectives under its Vision and Strategy.
Responsibilities:
* To provide IT support to all employees and stakeholders
* To install, configure and manage IT assets (such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, telephones, door entry and associated software)
* To configure, manage and monitor server vulnerability scanning.
* Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities, findings, and remediation efforts for audit and compliance purposes.
* Assist as required to ensure that we maintain cyber security certifications by supporting the certification process, complying with certification requirements, and participating in audits and assessments.
* To assist in the implementation of hardware and software rollouts.
* To administer on premise and cloud-based servers, services and accounts.
* To assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
* Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Experience of Office 365 Applications
