IT Support Analyst

We are looking for someone with experience of Active Directory, Windows Server, Anti-Virus and ideally Intune with maintenance of Laptops, mobile devices, printers and overall support to users.  You will be working with a team to provide 1st-2nd line support to users, take ownership of asset management and provide an overall high quality support services across the business. 

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience working within an IT Support environment as part of a team, taking ownership of issues and seeing through to resolution. 

Active Directory, user set-up, password resets etc. 

Knowledge of Windows Server 2019, Windows 10 and 11

Experience of running backups, installing software and hardware, setting up mobile devices and laptops. 

Work on low level projects across the business, upgrades and migrations providing support through the transition process. 

Experience of Asset Management, inventory control of local IT assets
