IT Support Analyst

About this role…
* Providing excellent first line IT support across the company on their systems.
* Working alongside a successful team ensuring all tickets are dealt with to ensure a satisfactory response.
* Accurately identifying ticket priorities.
* Prioritising and resolve any problems and escalating any unresolved problems when needed.
* Providing a high standard of communication.
* Able to collaborate in a team successfully.
* Managing and monitoring helpdesk calls and logs whilst taking appropriate action as and when.
* Able to perform hands on fixes at the desktop level, such as installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems.
About you…
* Proven experience working/supporting IT systems 1-2 years.
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
* Experience with Linux IGEL.
* Experience with desktop server operating systems.
* Strong experience troubleshooting.
* Microsoft office 365 fundamentals.
* Strong understanding of Active Directory.

* Between £26,000-£29,000 depending on experience.
