IT Support Analyst
Law firm - Leeds
Are you a Desktop Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Do you have experience of working for a law firm or similar professional services?
In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of 2nd line support to end users. Following completion of your 6 month probation, you will be able to work from home 2 days per week, giving you great flexibility and work/life balance that many similar roles don’t offer!
Your responsibilities:
Providing remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware as well as Audio Visual support.
* 2nd line support
* Assist the helpdesk team when required
* Working closely with the 3rd line infrastructure team
* Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs
* AV / meeting room support
* Office 365
* Windows 10/11
* Active Directory
* Hardware
Your skills:
* You must have experience of working as a Desktop Support Analyst at a law firm or similar professional services
* Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
