About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst or IT Support Assistant looking to build the next steps in their career. Reporting to the IT Operations Lead, we are looking for an approachable and personable individual to join our growing IT Team. This will appeal to someone who enjoys a varied role, is passionate about IT, works well under pressure, will accept ownership of a project through to completion and takes pride in a job done well.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Providing support to internal IT operations including hardware / software management & maintenance, daily I.T. support covering a range of platforms
*
Internal IT Support - 1st Line response
*
Web App upgrades
*
Managing client Databases
*
Microsoft Suite of tools
*
Hardware Management (Printers / Laptops etc)
*
Strong documentation skills adhering to best working practice
*
Achieving personal development targets
*
Taking part in meetings, supervision, training and other events to assist with your development
Key skills and experiences we are looking for include:
*
Experience in a similar IT role at support analyst or assistant/entry level
*
Confidence and experience with Microsoft Office
*
Some experience in building and maintaining computers or robotics
*
Enthusiasm and passion for IT
*
A driving license and own transport is required.
*
Excellent communicator
*
Excellent problem solving ability
*
Enthusiasm for your work and self-motivated
*
Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK required
