Description:

IT Support Analyst - 1st Line / 2nd Line IT Support. £350 Day Rate (Outside IR35). 3 Months.
Location - Central London (Near Liverpool St Train Station) - Onsite 5 Days a Week - 7.30am to 4.30pm. T6/MN/18691.

*Start Date - Ideally looking for someone to start on the 1st July*

The IT Support Analyst will provide localised onsite IT Support covering 1st Line Support, may cover limited 2nd Line Support - they have 2nd Line & 3rd Line IT Support teams.
Role will support the IT set up for a New Office & supporting the Users onsite.

Skills Experience Required: 

IT Customer Support - Face-to-Face, Telephone, Email & via Chat.
Desktop Support tasks including - Software Deployment, Rebuilds, Printer Setup.
Windows Operating System.
Office 365.
Active Directory.
Microsoft Tool Suite.
Email, Collaboration Tools, Network, Business Applications - 1st Line Support.
Escalating Issues, Incidents & Service Requests promptly to 2nd & 3rd Line Support teams.
Working in Virtual Team environment - happy to be managed remotely.
ITIL experience is desirable.
Stakeholder Engagement - ability to communicate with all levels.
Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
Collaborative approach to teamwork.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
