Are you an experience IT Support Analyst? Do you have at least 1 years’ experience working in a law firm or professional services environment? If so, I have a great opportunity for you.
I am working with a top London law firm to find the right IT Support candidate for a 6-month FTC contract based in their London office, the salary available is up to £34,000 annually for the right candidate.
This position will be fully onsite in the London office.
The role will mainly be looking at 1st/2nd line support, the below experience is required:
* Microsoft Office & M365 experience (Absolutely essential)
* Experience working with Windows 10/11 (Absolutely essential)
* Experience with iManage Work 10 (or other document management systems)
* Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows
* Experience setting up new starters
* Knowledge of Uniflow or Flowmatrix
* Knowledge of Diktamen Digital Dictation software
* Experience with remote access technologies
