Description:

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Purpose of the Role: As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on support to our UK team, managing desk setups, machine replacements, and assisting with office transitions. Promptly addressing IT support tickets and offering remote assistance to satellite offices and home-based workers will also be crucial. This role will be based in Essex, with occasional travel to remote sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the UK team to deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support.
Coordinate desk setups, machine replacements, and office relocations.
Efficiently manage IT support tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Extend remote support to satellite offices and home-based employees.
Provide on-site IT assistance in Essex.
Produce comprehensive reports for both the IT team and internal stakeholders.
Actively contribute to assigned IT projects.
