Basic salary £25,000
The Role – IT Support Administrator
Duties will involve:
1st and 2nd line IT support
Desk set ups, machine replacements, moves and changes
Raising IT support tickets and ticket assignment
Remote site support
Your Background – IT Support Administrator
To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:
Background in 1st / 2nd line support
Experience of hosted telephone systems
Working knowledge of MS SQL and Office 365 administration
