Description:
We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Administrator to join a busy team in Halifax on a temporary basis, providing cover for an absence.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous IT support experience who is confident troubleshooting hardware and resolving day-to-day technical issues. You will be supporting the wider IT team and assisting users with a range of general IT queries, with a particular focus on hardware, connections and drivers.
The role will involve checking equipment and connections, troubleshooting hardware issues, ensuring drivers are working correctly and helping to resolve general technical problems. You will need to be comfortable working in a busy environment, have a practical approach to problem-solving and be able to communicate effectively with users and colleagues.
Hours of work:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00–16:00
* Friday: 08:00–15:30
The role is due to start Monday 14th September 2026, so candidates must be available for an immediate start.
To be considered, you will need previous IT Support experience and an Enhanced DBS
