On offer is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly passionate IT Support Engineer that has a background in in 1st/2nd line support. Wanting to work within a company helping develop and test for medicine around the US and UK?
In this role, the IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team dealing with 1st /2nd line tickets. Oversee the 2nd/3rd Line engineers learning and developing your skills to progress into higher roles. Help be the first IT Support team member in the UK assisting the team in US for a global medical organisation.
This role would suit someone with experience in 1st Line IT support or 2nd line support background or similar. Looking to progress their career with a highly global medical development lab, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT position.
The Role:
Providing technical support and maintenance to support all user-based IT software and hardware
Dealing with 1st line tickets, handling customer queries and helping with systems
Communicating with clients and building relationshipsThe Person:
