On offer is a great opportunity for a enthusiastic IT Support Engineer that has a background of working in an MSP to join a growing team of IT professionals. Working in a relaxed office environment with a potential of hybrid roles after probation.
In this role, the IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team dealing with 1st /2nd line tickets. Oversee the 2nd/3rd Line engineers learning and developing your skills to progress into higher roles.
This role would suit someone with experience in 1st Line IT support in a MSP background or similar, looking to progress their career with a highly reputable IT Solutions business, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT position.
The Role:
Providing technical support and maintenance to support all user-based IT software and hardware
Dealing with 1st line tickets, handling customer queries and helping with systems
Communicating with clients and building relationshipsThe Person:

Background in an MSP environment
