IT Service Desk Engineer – Swindon/Wiltshire/Oxfordshire – £26,000 to £32,000
We’re partnering with a growing tech consultancy in Swindon/Wiltshire that’s searching for an ambitious IT Service Desk Engineer.
The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, covering days and nights.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering confident 1st/2nd line support across a busy, enterprise‑level environment
* Owning incidents from start to finish and driving quick, effective resolutions
* Playing a key role in improving processes, service quality, and team performance
What You Bring
* Experienced in supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365
* Familiarity with enterprise tools like Teams and SharePoint
* Confident with Active Directory, user admin, and group policies
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) a plus
* Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM platforms
