IT Service Desk Analyst
Manchester – Bridge Street (M2)
Hybrid (3 days office per week)
Salary - £30,000 - £37,000
Hours – Rotating shift 7:30am – 6:00pm (37.5 hour week)
Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge?
In this exciting IT support opportunity working for a leading global law firm, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support for all technology systems alongside AV/meeting room support.

Your responsibilities:
Being the first point of call for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware:
* Office 365
* Microsoft Teams
* Windows 10
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* iManage
Your skills:
* A minimum of 1 years’ IT service desk experience within a legal or professional services organisation.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrable knowledge of hardware such as laptops and mobiles.
* Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressure environment.
