IT Recruitment Consultant
Belfast City Centre
Reperio Human Capital, an IT specialist recruitment consultancy in Belfast, is pleased to be hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
The successful applicant will be professional, ambitious, financially driven and confident. Any experience is welcome, as full training will be provided.
When you join the team, you can anticipate 1:1 training lasting 8-10 weeks, complete with mentoring and support from your Team Lead and colleagues. Recruiters can advance swiftly from trainee to consultant based on their performance, and you have control over your own progression timeline.
You will be responsible for
Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research
Expected Earnings:
Year 1 OTE 35-45K+
Year 2 46-60K
Year 3 60K+
Year 4 100K+
