We're now pleased to be hiring a recruitment consultant who will join our growing team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity where you will join a high performing team you can learn from, and you'll have the opportunity to manage your own desk and put your own stamp on the Irish tech market.
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, financially driven and self-motivated who performs well in a fast paced, competitive sales environment. No recruitment experience is required, as we'll provide you with all the necessary training and tools to enable you to build a successful, long-term career with us.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research
Expected Earnings:
Year 1 OTE 35-45K+
Year 2 46-60K
Year 3 60K+
Year 4 100K+
