R13 are thrilled to be partnering with a reputable business in their recruit of an IT QA Analyst. In this role, you will work to improve the quality of product and project delivery through quality assurance and IT solutions.
This is a full time, permanent position, based in Norwich, working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £31,500 - £37,800 depending on experience. Hybrid working available with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

The day to day
* Conducting testing of IT solutions and assisting with test process improvements.
* Working alongside other IT teams to understand project and testing objectives.
* Effectively executing all stages of quality assurance testing.
* Producing reports and documentation.
* Troubleshooting and triaging any defects that arise during testing.
You will have/be
* Proven experience in a similar position working with the QA function.
* Experience delivering solutions within an Agile environment.
* Working knowledge of testing technologies and methodologies.
* Strong Microsoft and project management software experience.
* ISEB / ISTQB qualifications would be desirable.
