What we're looking for:
* IT Support Technicians (1st/2nd/3rd Line)
* Network Engineers / Administrators
* Systems Administrators
* IT Project Coordinators / Analysts
* Helpdesk / Service Desk professionals
* Infrastructure and Cloud specialists
Requirements:
* Relevant IT qualifications and/or hands-on experience (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent desirable but not essential)
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to be considered for suitable roles as they arise
* Excellent knowledge of IT systems, software and programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript) where relevant to the role
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and virtualisation technologies desirable
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
