Duration: 7 Months
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days on site)
Rate: £330/d - Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary
Working as part of the Cloud & IT Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining core Microsoft and Cloud technologies and to ensure all systems and applications are up and functioning smoothly.
Managing and maintaining the Microsoft and Windows based Applications on a day-to-day basis
Fault finding and diagnosis of issues within Microsoft/Windows Applications
Providing out of hours support for deployments and maintenances
Provide On-Call support
Ensuring the Microsoft platform can support the Bank's growth
Implementing the best practices for security and operational management
Reviewing and challenging design documentation to improve efficiencies within the bank
Find innovative ways to automate and improve current processes
Documenting procedures and ensuring current procedures are up to date
Build a better experience for colleagues and customers alike
Any other duties as reasonably required by the role
Key Skills/ requirements
You will have in-depEntra ID, MFA,MDE, CA Policy
Cloud computing & Networking, MS Teams, MDM Intune, Certificate Authority, SCEP/NDES and Client/Server applications
Microsoft SQL 2012/2016
You will have in-depth experience as a hands-on IT Engineer, with strong knowledge on different cloud technologies and platforms such as Azure
Expertise in upgrading and migrating Microsoft applications and Operating Systems to latest versions
You may have a degree level qualification within IT, or equivalent experience in an IT related field such as Systems Development or Computer Science
Microsoft / Azure Certifications/Training
