Are you an experienced IT Network Manager looking for your next challenge?

My financial services client has a fantastic opportunity for you to join their established team in a brand-new role. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company with flexibility on location and exciting projects to work on.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and management of a robust network infrastructure across multiple UK locations. You'll collaborate with managed network suppliers and ensure the smooth operation of data networks. Your strategic vision will help shape network-related projects and support business growth.

Key Duties:

Design and implement a resilient and secure network infrastructure
Monitor network performance and resolve issues promptly
Manage DNS records and oversee domain migrations
Managing relationships with third-party vendors
Provide 3rd line technical support for network-related escalations
Identify and address legacy technology to improve network performanceKey Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of CISCO and Fortinet technologies
Experience with networking technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, and VPLS
Proven track record of successfully delivering IT network projects
Experience managing network integrations during acquisitions and leading successful migrations
Demonstrated experience in domain management and handling DNS configurations, including setting up, migrating, and maintaining DNS records
Experience in incident management, with a strong background in providing third-line support for resolving escalated network issues
Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills
