Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Office Based (St Asaph Business Park, North Wales), with occasional travel across the UK
Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm (Flexible Hours within 8am - 6pm)

About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly energetic and dynamic IT Manager to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong team culture, where high morale and exceptional customer service are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment where team morale and culture are paramount
Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to support the ongoing professional development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized in all interactions and that the team is empowered to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
Oversee the management of our clients' IT infrastructure and services, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively, and that service levels meet or exceed client expectations
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, providing strategic guidance and recommending technology solutions that align with their objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for service enhancements and innovations that will benefit both our clients and our teamJob Experience Required:
Proven experience in a similar role within the IT services industry, with a track record of successfully managing and growing a team of tech professionals
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and build strong client relationships
Experience in developing and implementing training programs and initiatives to support team development and enhance customer service skills
Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with proficiency in networking, security, and cloud technologies
Essential experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Veeam
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) are desirableRenumeration and Benefits:
