Description:
Engage Talent Partners are supporting our Aberdeen-based client with recruiting an IT Installer.
As part of this role, you would deliver and install a range of office equipment and technology products for customers, using a company van. This would also involve preparing equipment in the workshop before installation and route planning to maximise efficiency.
* Driving the company van for customer deliveries or collections, always ensuring a professional service to our customers.
* Installation of printers, copiers, and scanners, which may involve networking and green button training.
* Work effectively as part of a team, coordinating with other stakeholders in Sales, Logistics and Professional Services
* Assemble, set up, and test new products to ensure they function correctly.
* Effectively planning routes to maximise the efficient delivery of customers’ orders.
Candidates must have prior experience working in a customer interfacing role, be tech savvy and hold a full clean UK Drivers Licence. Experience of installing office equipment and technology products would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided. In addition, applicants should be fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
