IT Infrastructure Engineer - Local Authority Council
Hybrid Working - 2 days a week in the office
3 month contract - likely to be extended
Rate of pay: £346 - £450 per day - negotiable depending on experience
What we need from you:
Migration of On Premise 2013 Exchange Server to On Premise Exchange Server 2016 OR migrate to Exchange Online
Very strong knowledge and understanding of successfully administering all aspects of Microsoft Exchange Server technologies (2013, 2016, 2019 - upgrades, migrations, problem resolution etc), Exchange Online and Email Messaging architectures.
Hands-on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Infrastructure technologies including Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019), Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, VMWare virtualisation and network services (DNS, DHCP).
Must Have:
Experience of working with Windows Virtual Desktop and any associated migrations to this product advantageous
Microsoft Office 365 Admin advantageous
Infrastructure Monitoring Tools - SCOM, Vantage DX, Solarwinds etc
