Platinum-IT are now looking for a Field Engineer to join their dynamic young company that specialises in the educational sector.
You will have the chance to work with a number of different technologies and interesting surroundings that offers great opportunities to enhance your skills and experience.
Field Engineer requirements:
Must be able to work confidently using own initiative as well as part of a team whilst having excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience of working in schools is essential.
Ability to plan time effectively, meet deadlines and remain calm in challenging and pressurised situations.
Technical experience Knowledge/Hands on:
Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
Windows 7 /10/11
Office 2013 / 2016/2019
DHCP/DNS
Group Policy
Desktop Hardware - PC building - Basic networking protocols
Google workspace
WIFI
USO Management
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of whiteboards and projectors/Interactive Screens
Printer trouble shooting and repair
Exceptional, customer-service focussed attitude.
