We're offering an exceptional chance for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to shine in the Warrington area. In this role, you'll be the linchpin ensuring seamless IT operations and swift resolution of any issues that arise across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offering senior level support (2nd / 3rd) across internal / external users.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software glitches across a range of devices.
* Install, configure, and maintain OS and software applications.
* Manage user accounts and permissions with finesse.
* Collaborate with fellow IT wizards to tackle complex issues and implement ingenious solutions.
* Keep meticulous records of support activities and resolutions.
* Dive into IT projects as needed, bringing your expertise to the table.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated prowess in a similar IT support role.
* Adeptness with Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365.
* Familiarity with networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
* Hands-on experience in Active Directory administration.
* Office 365 experience including migration from on prem to cloud
* Azure and Azure virtual desktop
* Stellar communication and customer service chops.
* Ability to excel both solo and in a team.
* Bonus points for relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.).
