About the Role
As an IT Digital Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:
Deliver engaging and innovative lessons across IT and Digital programmes, including T Level provision,
Plan and prepare learning activities that meet awarding body and curriculum requirements,
Support learners in developing technical knowledge, digital skills, and workplace readiness,
Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback,
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
Work collaboratively with colleagues and employer partners to enhance the learner experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience within the IT and Digital sector,
Knowledge of areas such as networking, cybersecurity, software development, data, or digital technologies,
Strong communication and organisational skills,
A passion for supporting and developing learners,
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable,
A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
