IT Delivery Team Member

Onsite in Gloucestershire Contract £330-£400 per day inside IR35

We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious IT Delivery Team Member to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment. The IT Delivery Team Member role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. These contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment and is based onsite in Gloucestershire.

To support our mission, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic member to join our IT Delivery team. This role specialises in 2nd Line IT Support and the preparation and delivery of device hardware used by site staff. You will work closely with other members of the support team and the developer community which are based across various sites in UK. You will be using best practices to ensure you provide a quality support and service for the systems and hardware that we supply to our users.

Role Responsibilities:

* Provide second line IT support to the ser community, for example investigating IT faults as they arise, arranging in-person appointments for fault resolution or device replacement, and rolling out new technologies.

* Set up devices, arranging delivery/collection of devices within the user community.

* Help maintain software/system assets, ensuring information is kept up to date for auditing purposes.

* Procurement of IT assets, including raising requisitions and liaising with core suppliers and Commercial colleagues.

* Maintain positive working relationships with various related teams.

Skills/Experience:

Essential:

* Strong customer service background

*IT technical knowledge or previous IT Support experience

* Have a strong interest in new and existing technologies such as the cloud and O365

Desirable:

* IT knowledge (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune)
