IT Change Manager
Hybrid working 3 days onsite per week in London
A long standing client is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager with extensive knowledge and proven experience of BAU project/change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Required to manage the end to end change process with vendors, 3rd parties and internal team for BAU and production change including CAB, approvals, data capture.
Manage and work with internal PMO teams to deliver project change activity, including resource and change prioritisation.
ITSM Change management and process improvement requirements.
Create MI for change implementation.
Creation of IT process improvement documentation
