Our leading Midlands client are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst to join their team, you would be supporting a wide range of exciting IT projects across applications, Infrastructure and Digital Change, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document and prioritise IT and business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users post-implementation.
