IT Business Analyst (Financial Services)
Location- London (City) /Hybrid Working , Start date- ASAP
Contract Type- Permanent , Hours- Full Time, Salary - £50,000- £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Partnered with a boutique Financial services business that is looking to hire an experienced IT Business Analyst. It will play a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce to streamline sales and customer relationship management processes. The candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
Work with Senior Stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Develop Reports and Dashboards
Lead user training sessions and provide ongoing support
Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows within the salesforce org
Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate Salesforce with other systemsRequirements
Ideally 5 years BA experience
Ideally a Salesforce certification
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
