IT Bid Manager

We are representing a well-renowned logistics company looking for a IT Bid Manager to join their team at a pivotal time on their transformation journey. The business is undergoing a period of significant growth, transformation, and technology modernisation, creating an ideal environment for an IT Bid Manager to make a real impact.
As the IT Bid Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of technology-focused tender responses. You will have responsibility for defining and delivering the technical aspects of bids, ensuring that the technology solutions are compelling and aligned with customer requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure alignment between franchising requirements and relevant product roadmaps
Drive improved value from existing suppliers as well as support the evolution and selection of suppliers
Translate franchising and bid requirements into co-ordinated product inputs
Review tender documents and extract all technology-related requirements
Create compelling technical narratives that clearly communicate the organisation's technology capabilities and solutions
Work closely with Product, Platform, Architecture, and Technology teams to develop accurate and competitive responses
We are looking for:
Proven experience in bid, proposal, or tender management within a technology-focused environment
Experience working with a public transport business
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
