Description:
We are looking for an IT application support engineer with CODA (Unit4) v12 and Cognos BI (IBM) v10 skills/experience.
Must be SC Cleared
These responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Active participation in the Incident, Problem Management and Release Management processes using our ITSM system.
* Troubleshoot production Incidents and manage Work Orders for a host of finance systems (particularly CODA and Cognos) with focus on escalation and resolution whilst meeting SLAs.
Examples include:
* resolving Coda Financial, Coda Invoice matching, Coda XL issues with data processing across Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and payment
* Working with Coda table link for data loading issues
* Create, manage, and maintain reports (via extracts from SQL queries or the Cognos application directly).
* Liaise with internal business stakeholders, application support teams and various management teams throughout the Bank.
* Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
* Identify opportunities and implement improvements
