Our client, a growing organisation based in Lambourn, is seeking an IT Account Manager to join their team. With a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 (OTE £35,000), this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
As the IT Account Manager, your focus will be on acquiring and retaining clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up selling to current clientele. You will oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to securing deals with both new and existing clients. In addition, you will engage in discussions, offer advice, and deliver quotations to clients for their project needs. Nurturing strong partnerships with suppliers and negotiating costs when necessary, will also be crucial to your success in this role. Ensuring margins are maintained to meet monthly and quarterly gross profit objectives is a key priority.
To excel in this role, you must have previous Account Management experience, ideally within the IT industry. While business-to-business selling experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. As a target-driven and ambitious individual, you will be motivated to earn a substantial salary and contribute to the success of the organisation. A background in a customer- or sales-focused career is highly beneficial.
