Description:

ISO Consultant (Isologist®) – Shape the Future of UK Organisations

If you’re an ISO management systems professional who thrives on autonomy, variety and meaningful impact, my client wants to meet you. With continued growth across their portfolio, they’re looking for an ISO specialist who’s ready to develop, progress and grow alongside a forward‑thinking consultancy.

What’s in it for you

You’ll step into a role where your expertise genuinely matters. You’ll work directly with organisations across the UK, guiding them to implement, maintain and continually improve best‑practice management systems aligned to internationally recognised ISO standards. You’ll be trusted, supported and given the space to deliver work you can be proud of.

This is a full‑time employed position (no subcontractors), with a salary of £50k-£55K depending on your experience and qualifications.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll become a key part of our specialist team, helping clients achieve and retain UKAS‑accredited certification. Your work will directly influence how businesses operate, improve and succeed.

You will:

*

Conduct internal audits in at least two of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001, ISO 20121

*

Maintain and update Legal Registers for clients.

*

Support clients during external UKAS certification audits.

*

Guide organisations to develop, strengthen and evolve their management systems.

*

Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and operational teams alike.

What you bring

You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and communicating clearly with people at all levels. You take pride in delivering work that is thorough, practical and genuinely helpful.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

*

Hands‑on ISO management systems experience — ideally having led or contributed to at least one full implementation project.

*

Proven experience conducting ISO internal audits.

*

A Lead Auditor qualification (essential).

*

Strong written and spoken English.

*

A Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH) is desirable.

*

The ability to work independently from home and travel to client sites when needed.

How we support you

You won’t be expected to arrive knowing our way of working — The client will equip you with it. From day one, you’ll follow their structured Learner Pathway, giving you the confidence, clarity and support to deliver at your best. You’ll be included in strategy days, welcomed into team meetings and given access to ongoing CPD that keeps your skills sharp and your career moving forward. You’ll be joining a collaborative, knowledgeable team that genuinely values shared learning, open communication and continuous improvement.

Location

Ideally, you’ll be based within two hours of Hitchin, Hertfordshire and authorised to work in the UK without sponsorship.
