What's the Job?
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll have a wealth of knowledge and support around you as you get to grips.
You will be responsible for everything that involves water on the farm, from maintaining and operating the irrigation systems to ensuring the best growing conditions for your produce.
You'll work closely with the growing teams to monitor substrate levels and keep records of your work.
