We're looking for enthusiastic and driven IPS Team Leaders to join our team - subject to the successful award of new contracts in West Yorkshire covering Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield & Kirklees.

About the Role

As an IPS Team Leader, you will lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists who you will support individuals seeking work and the employers who need their talents. The employment specialists will manage a caseload of clients, providing tailored, one-to-one support to help them find, and keep, jobs that align with their individual goals and aspirations.

As an IPS Team Leader, you will provide supervision, mentoring, and training to ensure your team consistently meets IPS fidelity standards and contractual targets. You will lead with accountability, ensuring your team consistently delivers strong outcomes. You will also lead your team through Fidelity audits both internal and external. Working closely with health partners and local stakeholders, you will help embed IPS within clinical services and strengthen community partnerships.

This is a performance-focused role, with clear targets around referrals, job starts, and sustained employment. But more than that, it's about changing lives.

Recruitment Timeline

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on:

14th or 15th October - Leeds

20th or 21st October - Huddersfield

Should we be successful in winning this contract, IPS Employment Specialists will start induction on Monday 30th November 2026.

What You'll Do
Lead and motivate a team of Employment Specialists to deliver and exceptional IPS service to local particpants..
Provide regular supervision and coaching to maintain quality standards and improve outcomes.
Monitor performance against KPIs and fidelity measures, implementing improvement plans where needed.
Build strong relationships with NHS teams, referral partners, and local employers.
Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes to enhance service delivery. What You'll Bring
