We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Invoicing Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of invoices.

Responsibilities:

* Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

* Verify the accuracy of sales orders, contract terms, and pricing information before invoicing.

* Collaborate with the wider team to address any discrepancies or missing information.

* Preparing and filing weekly timesheets for multiple depots

* Matching folders with existing timesheets and invoices

* Inputting of Tradex and other data for specific companies

* Chasing missing order numbers and unconfirmed reports

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar Invoice or office administration position.

* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
