Hydrasun is a recognised market leader in the provision of integrated fluid transfer, power and control solutions. We are focused on supporting the energy transition through our work in the oil and gas, renewable energy, general industrial and marine industries worldwide.
We are recruiting for an Inventory Cooridnator for our Aberdeen facility to administer our stock control process. This role would be suited to someone who is used to working with small parts in the motor trade and processing them in an accurate manner.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Perform despatch note maintenance
* Administer despatch not invoiced control processes
* Process and perform stock checks.
* Administer returns process.
* Administer Group In-Transit process
* Deputize for the Stock Control Supervisor during their absence
Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
* Standard grade education
* Working with small parts - ideally from the motor trade
* Experienced in the use of an ERP system, particularly with regard to stock control and warehousing
* Numerate and Literate
* Competent in the use of MS Office software
Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
* Higher grade education
* Good understanding of the Hydrasun stock range and stock transactions
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
