Description:
Role – Quality Control
Location – Attleborough, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday - (phone number removed) on 4 off
Main duties will include -
• Taking inbound and outbound bookings to update the Cold store diary.
• Coordinating the good inwards/outwards process.
• Inputting the goods inwards onto the system.
• Reporting stock movements.
• Customer order entry
• Dispatching orders from the warehouse system.
• Discrepancy reporting and assisting to investigate stock queries.
• Inform customers of late deliveries/collections.
• Assisting store with put away/pick queries.
• Front desk/gate controls and driver's reception.
• Ensuring all customers receive information in a timely and accurate fashion.
Candidate attributes -

• Be comfortable working with different computer systems.
• Happy to assist other staff when necessary.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
