Rate: £540 per day inside ir35

Contract: 6 months
Location: Sheffield/Hybrid (3 days per week on site)

Lead a global workplace transformation. Modernise thousands of endpoints. Shape the future of enterprise device management.

I'm looking for an experienced Intune Transformation Lead to drive a major modern workplace transformation for a global banking organisation. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who combines deep Microsoft Intune expertise with the strategic leadership to deliver enterprise-scale change - moving complex desktop estates away from legacy management towards a secure, cloud-first model.

You'll take ownership of the transformation roadmap, influence senior stakeholders and lead global teams across engineering, infrastructure, security and operations.

Responsibilities:

Drive global transformation across an enterprise estate of 20,000+ endpoints.
Own the modern management strategy, transitioning from SCCM/MECM, traditional imaging and legacy endpoint management to cloud-native solutions.
Lead the technical direction across Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft 365 endpoint management.
Embed security by design, including Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint and device compliance.
Influence at senior level, aligning architecture, cyber security, risk and business leadership around the transformation roadmap.
Deliver measurable outcomes, from improved endpoint security and compliance to streamlined provisioning and enhanced user experience.

Experience Required:

A proven track record leading large-scale endpoint management transformations within complex enterprise environments.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and modern endpoint management.
Experience migrating from legacy technologies such as SCCM/MECM, Group Policy and traditional imaging solutions.
The ability to lead global delivery teams, manage multiple workstreams and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Experience within highly regulated environments, ideally banking or financial services.
A strong understanding of endpoint security, automation, governance and operational transition.
