Are you passionate about supporting young learners in achieving their academic potential? We have an exciting opportunity for an Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team!

Role: Intervention Teaching Assistant
Year Group: Year 2 and 3

Location: Rhymney, Caerphilly
Start Date: September

Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support in numeracy and literacy for pupils in Year 2 and 3
Work closely with class teachers to develop and implement intervention strategies
Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting support as needed
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environmentRequirements:

Experience in supporting literacy and numeracy development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
