Position: Internals Site Manager
Location: Maidenhead, Slough
Client: Our client is an award winning housebuilder recognised for delivering quality new build developments across the UK.
Position: An exciting long-term opportunity has arisen for an Internals Site Manager which has worked on RC Frame construction previously. You will be overseeing between a large number of apartments at any given time so previous experience of similar responsibilities is essential.
Responsibilities: The role will involve overseeing the internal works on apartments from 1st through to handover. Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery. Reporting into the overall Block Manager and Senior Project Manager.
Required: You must be immediately available and have proven experience of delivering residential apartments from 1st fix through to handover. Hold an SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid certificate.
