Are you an Internal Verifier for apprenticeships looking for a new challenge? Step up into a Project Manager role and oversee an employment service supporting refugees in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your quality and compliance skills in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Quality and Compliance: Ensure project adherence to quality and compliance standards, which constitute 80% of the role.
Project Oversight: Manage the overall project, ensuring effective delivery of services.
Team Management: Oversee and support a team of 10 staff members.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project performance and outcomes.Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in quality and compliance, ideally as an Internal Verifier.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage and support a team effectively.
Passion for supporting refugees and making a positive social impact.
