Industry: Electrical Wholesale.
Internal Sales person required for a well-established business within the electrical wholesale industry.
The company look to employ their staff for the long term and provide opportunities for progression within the business
The responsibilities
* Based in the sales office and on the trade counter you will become an integral part of a busy and growing branch
* Answer all telephone enquiries, dealing with sales queries and quotations
* You will represent the internal sales department within the branch and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets
* You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis
* Being an integral part of the team also involves other roles within the branch including serving on the trade counter and in stores

Skills & Experience needed
* Good Electrical Product knowledge
* The ability to build relationships with different types of customer
* Have worked on the trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role previously in an electrical wholesale environment
* Good telephone manner
* Friendly, articulate, customer focused
But above all, the company are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and a desire to contribute to the success of the branch and the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will have recent / current experience within an Electrical Wholesaler and ideally be able to hit the ground running in this new opportunity.
Salary depending on experience plus bonus
