A fast-paced manufacturing SME going through a substantial period of growth are looking to bring in an Internal Sales Team Leader.
What will you do as an Internal Sales Team Leader
* Lead a team of 3 Internal Sales staff
* Answer calls and emails from potential new customers
* Quoting customers as well upselling products
* Working in a very fast paced environment, quoting over 50 customers daily
* Manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Look to gain repeat business
* Updating clients regularly on the manufacturing process and delivery dates
What do you need?
* Experience working in Internal Sales
* Ideally experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Manufacturing background beneficial but not required
* Great account management skills
