Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a motivated Sales and Shipping Administrator to join their small and social team.
Processing sales orders and inputting data into CRM system.
Investigating any discrepancies on received orders and taking appropriate action.
Collaborating with sales offices, customers, and internal departments to provide updates on order status,
Manage requests for improved delivery and changes to dispatch dates.
Coordinating the dispatch of orders according to customer instructions.
Facilitating the shipment of sales orders, working closely with international couriers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
Ensuring accuracy in the preparation of export documentation,
Managing the receipt, verification, and storage of proof of export and Customs documentation within specified time lines.So, if you have great attention to detail, are able to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines, this role will be perfect for you!
