Our client, a leading metal stockholder in the Manchester area, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in an internal sales position, looking to advance their career with a reputable and established company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new customer accounts.
Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.
Process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with the external sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business growth.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an internal sales role, preferably within the metal or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
