Internal Sales Executive (Telesales)

Salary: £30,000–£34,000 + quarterly team & individual bonus

Location: Totton, Southampton

Hours: 37.5 hours | Monday–Friday

If you’re a confident telesales professional who loves generating opportunities, building relationships and turning conversations into results, this role will suit you perfectly.

You’ll be joining a well‑established engineering and technology business that provides specialist HVAC and process cooling solutions to organisations across multiple industries. They design, supply and support technical temperature‑control equipment, helping customers solve complex cooling challenges.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in driving new business and supporting the external sales team. Your focus will be outbound calling, lead generation and developing strong B2B relationships.

You will:

Identify and target potential customers across industries using HVAC and process cooling solutions

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM with accurate information

Work closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Care and Marketing to support campaigns and convert leads into opportunities

Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors and new opportunities

Make outbound sales calls to achieve targets and set appointments for the external team

Provide confident customer guidance as you develop technical product knowledge in cooling systems, chillers and temperature‑control equipment

About You

You’ll thrive here if you have:

A strong telesales background with proven outbound calling experience

Excellent communication skills and a positive, people‑focused mindset

Confidence building relationships and engaging B2B customers

Ability to manage pipelines and work collaboratively across teams

Willingness to learn technical products and solutions

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a bonus)

Full UK driving licence
