Location: Clay Cross
Salary: £32,000–£50,000 DOE + £8,000–£12,000 Annual Bonus
Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am–1:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Office-Based (No Remote Working)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries professionally and accurately.

Conduct confident outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing customers.

Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and maintain accurate CRM records.
*
Produce customer quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
*
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders.
*
Provide administrative and commercial support to the external sales team.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service.
Candidate Requirements
*
Minimum of two years' experience in an internal sales, customer service, or commercial sales role.
*
Confident and professional telephone manner.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
*
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
*
Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical product environment would be advantageous.
